Holiday schedule and campus closure

NAU provides paid holidays and scheduled closures each year to support employee and student well-being and work-life balance. View the full holiday and closure schedules below for 2025 and 2026 to help plan your time off.

Planning a visit, starting your journey as a Lumberjack, or joining the NAU team? Here’s what you need to know about campus closures and holiday observances throughout the year.

Northern Arizona University observes official holidays and academic breaks when classes are not in session and many offices and services are closed.
