South Village Apartments offers apartment-style living for juniors, seniors, graduate students, international students, and some family housing residents. Located at the southern edge of campus, the property includes thirteen buildings surrounded by forested areas with walking paths and occasional wildlife sightings. Each unit houses two students in private bedrooms with shared common areas.

Amenities include laundry rooms, playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas, and a community center. With two campus bus stops nearby, residents have easy transportation access to the rest of campus while enjoying a quieter, more residential setting.
