I’ve already got some college credits. Should I apply as a first-year or transfer student?

You’ll apply to NAU as a transfer student if:

• you’ve graduated from high school, AND
• you’ve earned 12 or more transferable credits from another college or university

You’ll apply to NAU as a freshman if:

• you’ll graduate high school within one year, or
• you’ve earned fewer than 12 college credits since graduating from high school, or
• you’re dual-enrolled but have not yet graduated from high school
